A Notary may not certify a copy of a birth, death, or marriage certificate.

When an employer designates a Notary Public or other individual to complete a Form I-9, that person is designated as an "authorized representative." The representative is simply asked to certify that the appropriate identity documents were presented

As of 2022, there is no certificate wording included in the I-9 form, nor is a Notary asked to affix his or her seal to the form.

A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling appointment. Refund provided if cancellation notice is given within approved time.

If notary is in route to predetermined location and you require a location change outside of a 5-mile radius from original address, requestor MUST reschedule the appointment. Final price will be updated with new travel fee. If within 5-mile radius of original address, no additional fee will be charged.

Once payment is made, there are no refunds for cancellations same day as scheduled appointment.
